Dear Fellow Music Director,

One of the most difficult aspects of being a music director is keeping your students engaged, having fun, and learning simultaneously.  At sfzmusic|group we understand what it takes to be successful, but have the utmost respect for the learning process that is associated with the indoor and outdoor band, percussion, and guard activity.

Because we are both music educators, our arrangements and original compositions are created with the following perspectives in mind: Student-Director-Adjudicator-Audience.
